Lo chef Febo Ravasi
Nato e cresciuto nella provincia di Varese, Febo è molto legato alla cultura culinaria nordica. Essendo per metà Belga, già da bambino era in contatto con piatti tipici sia italiani che anche quelli oltre le Alpi.
“Cucinare vuol dire conoscere la cultura e far sì che il piatto racconti la sua storia vera”.
Per lui è essenziale usare prodotti di ottima qualità per raggiungere gusti autentici “come una volta”.
Dopo aver completato la scuola alberghiera di Gallarate iniziò subito a lavorare in ristoranti nella provincia di Varese, andò in Svizzera per una esperienza all’estero per poi lavorare come Sous-Chef al ristorante stellato “Porticciolo” a Laveno.
Dal 2023 è lo Chef della nostra Baita.

Engelbräu Rettenberg
For 325 years, Engelbräu beer has been brewed with only three ingredients: water, malt and hops. Nothing else, in accordance with the Purity Edict (Reinheitsgebot) of the Duke of Bavaria, year 1516. Engelbräu beer is always fresh and lively because it is not depleted by pasteurization, it is drunk with foam to savor its aroma. To meet the Bavarian beer rules, our beer kegs are stored in a cold room at 16 degrees. Our special way of tapping the beer, as they do in Bavaria, makes the beer much more digestible and good. To have a perfect foam we wash our glasses only with soap and under running water.
